2.1 Non-Returnable Items – Why

Hygiene-sensitive products: Swimwear bottoms, one-piece suits or intimates with the hygiene liner removed (health & safety).

Made-to-Order / Custom-sized garments (can’t be resold).

Final-Sale / Clearance items (clearly marked on product page).
Items returned ineligible under these categories will be refused and shipped back at customer expense.
2.2 Refund Procedure

Authorization – We reply within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address.

Ship Back – Dispatch the parcel within 7 days; write the RMA on the label.
